• 7:15PM - Come up with interview questions for Equestrian Team
  
  • Where is everything?
  • What do you plan on having the SAC fund?
  • Future years of horses?  Winter?
  • Who wold train?
  • Role of advisor?
  • How would meeting run?
  • General body membership?  Prospective members?
  • Liabilities?
• 7:35PM - Interview with Equestrian Team
  • They have waiver form for farm, themselves, and University
  • Amy owns the horses, but will pass onto Maya next year.  Nominal ownership
  • Dues are $80/semester to includes lessons and riding time
  • SAC funding only needed for transportation
  • Have active advisor with interest in riser who will help with school policies
  • Have a coach for IHSA rules
  • Also will help fundraise for Thoroughbred-Rescue awareness and advocacy
  • Location is the All-In-Stride Equestrian Center, 30min away
  • Amy will be there four times a week for meetings
  • Farm has an Emergency Action Plan

  • Approve of group with some conditions
  • Must determine what information will be on waivers, very important if injuries, etc
  • See if horses can be put under name of group, not individual
  • Will email DSA Jason for information
• Began most of Monthly Committee Reports
  • Finished for: Spring Fair, CSE, KSAS/WSE Curriculum Committees
• Looked at absurb number of group constitutions from Jason
  • Will look over and revise another week
