Chef Brown has created a unique and elegant four course menu suitable for the most discerning Valentine's Day diners: oysters Italienne, fried goat cheese over walnut mango chutney, crabmeat portofino or Maryland Crab Soup. For the second course, choose between Rockfish House Salad or Caesar Salad. The main course offers a choice of surf and turf, stuffed Rockfish filet, grilled New Zealand Rack of Lamb or Zuppa de Pesce. For dessert choose from Quadruple Layer Chocolate Mousse, Dulche de leche Cheesecake, Crème Brule’ or a Glass of Champagne with Strawberries.
