A Spring Leadership Conference

Lunch Provided
- A half-day, intensive follow up to the Hopkins Hundred (attendance at Hopkins Hundred not required)
- Open to all levels of group membership, from top leaders to newest members
- Teambuilding within your group and with similar groups
- Breakout sessions addressing various aspects of student group membership
- Lunch with presentation by a Keynote Speaker
- Official 'Leadership Certification' on MyStudent Groups
- Special prizes and grants up to $500 will be awarded based on percentage of group attendance

HOP Co-Chair Application
Position Description:
- Promotes communication between Executive Board, project managers, general members, and advisor
- Runs all HOP meetings
- Plans and creates agendas for HOP meetings
- Oversees all project managers to ensure events are thoroughly planned and well-executed
- Acts as point person on annual report and all HOP retreats, working closely with Executive Board
- Meets with SGA AEC liaison at least once per month (duty split with Director of Community Relations)
- Presents HOP updates to Student Government, when requested (duty split with Director of Community Relations)
- Attends one meeting of each of the HOP's key campus partners per year (duty split with Director of Community Relations)
- Works closely with Executive Board and Advisor on strategic planning
- Attends all HOP meetings and weekly Executive Board meetings
